Production environment and production workshop requirements
The production environment
- the plant air quality of atmospheric environment quality standard GB 3095-1996 in Ⅱ class standard requirements;
- fermented water to surface water quality standard GB 3838-2002 in Ⅲ class water quality requirements, the cooling water and other water reach the standard of Ⅳ class water quality requirements;
Production workshop
-- the distance between the fermentation workshop and the adsorption and other post-treatment workshops is appropriate, relatively isolated, and there are airtight and sterilized transmission channels;
-- isolation between the storage room and the sterile operation room of the fungus and the production workshop;
- the production of key workshops, such as fermentation, USES a dual-channel power supply or a set of generators.

Production technology flow
The general production technology of agricultural microorganism agent is: fungus seed, seed expansion, fermentation culture, post-treatment, packaging, product quality inspection, factory.

The original species is the mother species of the production of fungi, the requirements of the original species are as follows:
- report of bacterial species identification;

Preservation and management of fungi
- the appropriate way to preserve the fungus, to ensure that there is no bacterial contamination, and the bacteria do not degenerate.
In the case of a suitable method, the types of bacteria and the way to preserve them are shown in appendix B.

Quality control of fungus
Before production, the bacterial species should be inspected to ensure that the purity and application performance did not degrade.
Bacterial species that have been contaminated or degraded can not be used as production bacteria and must be operated in 4.1.4 or 4.1.5.
The purification of the strain
When the fungus is not pure, it should be purified.
The pure strain can be obtained by using the plate line separating method or the dilution method.
A single cell separator can be used to isolate and purify the bacteria when necessary.
The production performance of the purified bacteria should be examined.
The restoration of the strain
One of the following phenomena occurs in the bacterial species.
-- changes in the morphology and colony morphology of the bacteria;
The metabolic activity decreased and the fermentation cycle changed.
The ability to produce important functional substances decreases;
The degradation or loss of other important characteristics;
Methods: to recover the subculture of the original host or the original separation environment, and to reseparate the species.
